Bu teknolojik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc planlamas\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 20 oran\u0131nda bir optimizasyon sa\u011flarken, kaynaklar\u0131n daha stratejik ve karma\u015f\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7lere y\u00f6nlendirilmesine de olanak tan\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca, yapay zek\u00e2 destekli asistanlar\u0131n aktif kullan\u0131m\u0131yla e\u011fitim ve oryantasyon s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde y\u00fczde 25\u2019e varan zaman tasarrufu elde ediliyor.
