Bu geli\u015fme, en \u00e7ok Asya ekonomilerini vurmu\u015f gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de Avrupa deniz ticareti a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da ciddi bir k\u0131r\u0131lma yaratt\u0131. \u00d6zellikle baz\u0131 Avrupa \u00fclkelerinin ticari filolar\u0131, do\u011frudan kriz hatt\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde kalarak a\u011f\u0131r bi\u00e7imde etkilendi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu tablo i\u00e7inde \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan \u00fclke ise \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 de\u011fil: k\u00fcresel deniz ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir akt\u00f6r olan Yunanistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AVRUPA\u2019DA EN A\u011eIR DARBE: YUNAN\u0130STAN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00fcrm\u00fcz krizinin Avrupa aya\u011f\u0131nda en dikkat \u00e7ekici veri, Yunanistan\u2019a ait ticari gemilerin yo\u011funlu\u011fu oldu. Uluslararas\u0131 denizcilik verilerine g\u00f6re, kriz s\u0131ras\u0131nda bo\u011faz \u00e7evresinde mahsur kalan Avrupa gemilerinin b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131 Yunan armat\u00f6rlerine aitti. En az 75 Yunan gemisinin b\u00f6lgede s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn petrol ve LNG tankerlerinden olu\u015ftu\u011fu bildirildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu durum tesad\u00fcf de\u011fil. Yunanistan, d\u00fcnya deniz ticaretinde \u00f6zellikle tanker ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ba\u015fat bir \u00fclke konumunda. Bu nedenle bo\u011faz\u0131n kapanmas\u0131, yaln\u0131zca denizcilik \u015firketlerini de\u011fil, t\u00fcm ekonomik sistemi etkileyen bir enerji krizine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fme riski ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0130SPANYA: S\u0130YAS\u0130 TUTUMUN T\u0130CARETE YANSIMASI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00fcrm\u00fcz krizinde dikkat \u00e7eken bir di\u011fer Avrupa \u00fclkesi ise \u0130spanya oldu. Ancak bu kez mesele gemi say\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok, siyasi pozisyonun deniz ticaretine etkisiydi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130spanya\u2019n\u0131n ABD \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki askeri politikalara mesafeli yakla\u015fmas\u0131, \u0130ran taraf\u0131ndan \u201cdaha az tehditk\u00e2r\u201d bir tutum olarak alg\u0131land\u0131. Bu nedenle baz\u0131 \u0130spanya ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 gemilere ge\u00e7i\u015fte g\u00f6rece esneklik sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde de\u011ferlendirmeler yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu durum, H\u00fcrm\u00fcz krizinin sadece ekonomik de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda jeopolitik bir filtreye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6sterdi. Yani art\u0131k gemilerin hangi \u00fclkeye ait oldu\u011fu kadar, o \u00fclkenin d\u0131\u015f politika duru\u015fu da belirleyici hale gelmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AVRUPA GEM\u0130LER\u0130 NEDEN BU KADAR KIRILGAN?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00fcrm\u00fcz krizinin Avrupa \u00fczerindeki etkisini anlamak i\u00e7in \u00fc\u00e7 temel fakt\u00f6re bakmak gerekiyor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.
