Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fcyesi 15 \u00fclke ile 12 Akdeniz \u00fclkesi aras\u0131nda imzalanan Barselona Bildirgesi, \u201cAvrupa-Akdeniz Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan yeni bir i\u015f birli\u011fi s\u00fcrecini ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
