Son y\u0131llarda \u00f6zellikle ihracatta ya\u015fanan art\u0131\u015f, sekt\u00f6rde yeni bir d\u00f6nemi de beraberinde getiriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f6kleri Binlerce Y\u0131la Dayanan Bir Hik\u00e2ye<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zeytin a\u011fac\u0131, Anadolu\u2019da yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 bin y\u0131ll\u0131k bir tarihe sahip. Ege ve Akdeniz k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131nda ta\u015f duvarlarla \u00e7evrili, y\u00fczy\u0131ll\u0131k a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu zeytinlikler, yaln\u0131zca tar\u0131msal \u00fcretimin de\u011fil; ayn\u0131 zamanda k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da bir par\u00e7as\u0131. Osmanl\u0131\u2019dan Cumhuriyet\u2019e, k\u00f6y ekonomilerinden modern tesislere uzanan bu yolculuk, bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00f6nemli zeytin ve zeytinya\u011f\u0131 \u00fcreticileri aras\u0131nda ilk s\u0131ralara ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2024\/2025 sezonu verilerine g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yakla\u015f\u0131k 190 milyon zeytin a\u011fac\u0131 bulunuyor. Bu a\u011fa\u00e7lardan her y\u0131l 1,7-2 milyon ton civar\u0131nda sofral\u0131k ve ya\u011fl\u0131k zeytin elde ediliyor. Bu \u00fcretimin \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Ege, Marmara, Akdeniz ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu b\u00f6lgelerinden geliyor. \u00d6zellikle Ayd\u0131n, Mu\u011fla, Bal\u0131kesir, Manisa ve Mersin gibi iller, \u00fcretimin kalbi say\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcretimden Sofraya ve D\u00fcnya Pazar\u0131na Uzanan Yol<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de zeytinin en \u00f6nemli iki kullan\u0131m alan\u0131 sofral\u0131k zeytin ve zeytinya\u011f\u0131 olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Sofral\u0131k zeytin \u00fcretiminde Gemlik, Domat, Uslu, Memecik gibi yerli \u00e7e\u015fitler d\u00fcnya genelinde de tan\u0131n\u0131yor. Ancak zeytinya\u011f\u0131nda as\u0131l de\u011fer, kalitede ve co\u011frafi i\u015faretlerde sakl\u0131. Ayval\u0131k, Milas, Edremit gibi b\u00f6lgelerin zeytinya\u011flar\u0131, Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nden co\u011frafi i\u015faret alarak marka de\u011ferini art\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son y\u0131llarda, modern s\u0131k\u0131m tesislerinin ve erken hasat so\u011fuk s\u0131k\u0131m teknolojilerinin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131, kalitenin y\u00fckselmesini sa\u011flad\u0131. Art\u0131k daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck asit oran\u0131na sahip, aromas\u0131 ve tad\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc butik ya\u011flar hem i\u00e7 pazarda hem de ihracatta dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130hracatta Rekorlar ve Yeni Hedefler<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin zeytinya\u011f\u0131 ihracat\u0131 2023\/24 sezonunda yakla\u015f\u0131k 160 bin ton ile tarihi bir rekor k\u0131rd\u0131. \u0130hracat gelirleri ise 700 milyon dolar seviyesine ula\u015ft\u0131. Ba\u015fl\u0131ca pazarlar aras\u0131nda ABD, \u0130spanya, \u0130talya, Japonya ve Suudi Arabistan yer al\u0131yor. ABD, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den zeytinya\u011f\u0131 ithal eden en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fclke konumunda. Sofral\u0131k zeytin ihracat\u0131 da y\u0131ll\u0131k yakla\u015f\u0131k 90-100 bin ton civar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor ve bu alanda da Almanya, Irak, Romanya ve Yunanistan gibi \u00fclkeler \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zellikle ABD pazar\u0131nda T\u00fcrk zeytinya\u011f\u0131na ilgi artarken, markala\u015fma ve paketli \u00fcr\u00fcn ihracat\u0131 sayesinde katma de\u011ferin de y\u00fckseldi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Art\u0131k d\u00f6kme yerine, cam \u015fi\u015fede, tenekede veya \u00f6zel ambalajlarda sunulan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin pay\u0131 art\u0131yor. Bu da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin litre ba\u015f\u0131na ihracat gelirini art\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fiyat ve Rekabet Zorluklar\u0131<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn bu ba\u015far\u0131 hik\u00e2yesine ra\u011fmen sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00f6nemli zorluklar da var. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, kurakl\u0131k ve don olaylar\u0131 nedeniyle y\u0131llara g\u00f6re ciddi \u00fcretim dalgalanmalar\u0131 ya\u015fan\u0131yor. 2022\/23 sezonunda \u0130spanya ve \u0130talya\u2019daki \u00fcretim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, d\u00fcnya fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 rekor seviyelere ta\u015f\u0131rken; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fcretim iyi gidince f\u0131rsata d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Sekt\u00f6r temsilcileri, y\u00fcksek katma de\u011fer i\u00e7in paketli ihracat\u0131n desteklenmesini savunurken, d\u00f6kme ihracat k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar\u0131n\u0131n uzun vadede \u00fcretici ve ihracat\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n gelirini azaltabilece\u011fini belirtiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Katma De\u011fer ve S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik \u0130\u00e7in Yeni Ad\u0131mlar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin zeytinya\u011f\u0131 ihracat\u0131nda litre ba\u015f\u0131na gelir h\u00e2len 3-4 dolar civar\u0131nda. \u0130talya ve \u0130spanya gibi \u00fclkelerde bu rakam 8-10 dolara kadar \u00e7\u0131kabiliyor.
