E\u011fitimde elde edilen ilerlemeler hem bireylerin hayat kalitesini y\u00fckseltiyor hem de toplumun genel refah\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. 2024 y\u0131l\u0131na ait ulusal e\u011fitim istatistikleri, \u00f6zellikle y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim mezuniyet oranlar\u0131, okuryazarl\u0131k d\u00fczeyi ve ortalama e\u011fitim s\u00fcresi gibi temel parametrelerde dikkate de\u011fer de\u011fi\u015fimler oldu\u011funu ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu kapsaml\u0131 analizde, 2008 y\u0131l\u0131ndan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze uzanan e\u011fitim verileri \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de e\u011fitimde ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmelerin boyutlar\u0131n\u0131 ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 \u015fekilde ele alaca\u011f\u0131z. Ayr\u0131ca OECD \u00fclkeleriyle k\u0131yaslamalar yaparak, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin uluslararas\u0131 alandaki konumunu da de\u011ferlendirece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Y\u00dcKSEK\u00d6\u011eRET\u0130M MEZUN ORANINDAK\u0130 DRAMAT\u0130K ARTI\u015e<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda 25-34 ya\u015f grubundaki gen\u00e7 n\u00fcfusun sadece %13,5\u2019i y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim mezunu iken, bu oran 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda %44,9\u2019a y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir. Bu art\u0131\u015f, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretime eri\u015fimde ve tamamlamada ciddi bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. Kad\u0131n ve erkek n\u00fcfusun e\u011fitimdeki ilerlemesine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise kad\u0131nlarda daha dikkat \u00e7ekici bir geli\u015fme g\u00f6zlemlenmektedir. 2008\u2019de kad\u0131nlarda y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim mezun oran\u0131 %12,5 iken, 2024\u2019te %48,9\u2019a kadar \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Erkeklerde ise %14,6\u2019dan %41,1\u2019e y\u00fckselme s\u00f6z konusudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu veriler, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n e\u011fitim f\u0131rsatlar\u0131na eri\u015fiminin ve e\u011fitimdeki ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00f6nemli bir yol al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Ayr\u0131ca bu art\u0131\u015f, i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n daha aktif rol almas\u0131n\u0131 da desteklemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>T\u00dcRK\u0130YE VE OECD \u00dcLKELER\u0130 ARASINDAK\u0130 Y\u00dcKSEK\u00d6\u011eRET\u0130M MEZUN\u0130YET\u0130 KAR\u015eILA\u015eTIRMASI<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>OECD\u2019nin 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re, 25-34 ya\u015f grubunda y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim mezunlar\u0131n\u0131n oran\u0131 ortalama %47,4\u2019t\u00fcr. T\u00fcrkiye ise %42,9 ile bu ortalamaya olduk\u00e7a yakla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin e\u011fitimde yakalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilerlemenin uluslararas\u0131 platformda da kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k buldu\u011funun bir g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OECD \u00fclkeleri aras\u0131nda en y\u00fcksek y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim mezuniyet oran\u0131 %69,6 ile G\u00fcney Kore\u2019ye aitken, en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oran %27,3 ile Meksika\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bu skalada orta-\u00fcst seviyede yer almas\u0131, e\u011fitim politikalar\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fru y\u00f6nde ilerledi\u011fini ve gen\u00e7 n\u00fcfusun e\u011fitimde daha donan\u0131ml\u0131 hale geldi\u011fini i\u015faret eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>25 YA\u015e VE \u00dcZER\u0130NDEK\u0130 N\u00dcFUSTA E\u011e\u0130T\u0130M D\u00dcZEY\u0130<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Sadece gen\u00e7 n\u00fcfus de\u011fil, 25 ya\u015f ve \u00fczerindeki genel n\u00fcfusta da y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim mezun oran\u0131 son 16 y\u0131lda ciddi art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. 2008\u2019de %9,8 olan bu oran, 2024\u2019te %25,3\u2019e ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu, yeti\u015fkin n\u00fcfusun da e\u011fitim seviyesinin y\u00fckseldi\u011fini g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orta\u00f6\u011fretim ve \u00fczeri e\u011fitim d\u00fczeyini tamamlayanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 ise 2008\u2019de %26,5 iken, 2024\u2019te %49,4\u2019e y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir. Bu da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de genel e\u011fitim seviyesinin her ya\u015f grubunda artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, e\u011fitimde s\u00fcreklilik ve yayg\u0131nl\u0131k sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ORTALAMA E\u011e\u0130T\u0130M S\u00dcRES\u0130 VE B\u00d6LGESEL FARKLILIKLAR<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>2024 y\u0131l\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 25 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri n\u00fcfusun ortalama e\u011fitim s\u00fcresi 9,5 y\u0131ld\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ortalama e\u011fitim s\u00fcresi 8,8 y\u0131l olurken, erkeklerde bu s\u00fcre 10,2 y\u0131ld\u0131r. Bu fark, e\u011fitimde cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in at\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ad\u0131mlar\u0131n halen oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00f6lgesel farkl\u0131l\u0131klar ise dikkat \u00e7ekicidir. Ortalama e\u011fitim s\u00fcresi en y\u00fcksek olan il Ankara\u2019d\u0131r (10,8 y\u0131l). \u0130stanbul, Eski\u015fehir, Kocaeli ve \u0130zmir gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirler de y\u00fcksek e\u011fitim s\u00fcresi ortalamas\u0131yla bu listeyi takip etmektedir. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k A\u011fr\u0131, \u015eanl\u0131urfa, Mu\u015f, Kastamonu ve Van gibi illerde ortalama e\u011fitim s\u00fcresi g\u00f6rece d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr (7,5 y\u0131l ile A\u011fr\u0131 en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu durum, b\u00f6lgeler aras\u0131 e\u011fitim f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 ve eri\u015fiminde e\u015fitsizliklerin devam etti\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir. Devlet politikalar\u0131n\u0131n bu farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 azaltmaya y\u00f6nelik odaklanmas\u0131 \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>E\u011e\u0130T\u0130M S\u00dcRES\u0130NDEK\u0130 SON 10 YILLIK ARTI\u015e<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>2015-2024 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ortalama e\u011fitim s\u00fcresinde en y\u00fcksek art\u0131\u015f %51,6 ile \u015e\u0131rnak\u2019ta ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Bunu %42,1 ile Hakk\u00e2ri, %39,9 ile Mu\u015f, %38,5 ile \u015eanl\u0131urfa ve %37,3 ile Bing\u00f6l takip etmektedir. Bu illerdeki art\u0131\u015flar, b\u00f6lgesel kalk\u0131nma \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda da olumlu sonu\u00e7 verdi\u011fine i\u015faret ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, Ankara, Eski\u015fehir, Tekirda\u011f, \u0130zmir ve \u0130stanbul gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlerdeki art\u0131\u015f oranlar\u0131 %13-16 aras\u0131nda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu illerde zaten e\u011fitim s\u00fcresi y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck g\u00f6r\u00fcnmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>OKURYAZARLIK ORANI Y\u00dcKSELD\u0130<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>6 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri n\u00fcfusta okuma yazma bilenlerin oran\u0131 2008\u2019de %91,8 iken, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda %97,8\u2019e y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir. Bu oran, kad\u0131nlarda %86,9\u2019dan %96,2\u2019ye, erkeklerde ise %96,7\u2019den %99,3\u2019e \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okuryazarl\u0131k oran\u0131ndaki bu art\u0131\u015f, temel e\u011fitime eri\u015fimin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131nlarda e\u011fitim hakk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde geni\u015fledi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. Annesi y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim mezunu olan fertlerin %84,4\u2019\u00fc y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretimi tamamlam\u0131\u015fken, bu oran babas\u0131 y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim mezunu olanlarda %80,3 olarak tespit edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Annesi orta\u00f6\u011fretim mezunu olanlar\u0131n %64,3\u2019\u00fc, babas\u0131 orta\u00f6\u011fretim mezunu olanlar\u0131n ise %55,7\u2019si y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim mezunudur. Ebeveynlerin daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck e\u011fitim seviyesine sahip olmas\u0131 durumunda ise y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim tamamlama oranlar\u0131 belirgin bi\u00e7imde d\u00fc\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu veriler, e\u011fitimde f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve ailelerin e\u011fitim seviyesinin y\u00fckseltilmesinin, \u00fclkenin genel e\u011fitim d\u00fczeyini art\u0131rmada kritik \u00f6neme sahip oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SONU\u00c7 VE DE\u011eERLEND\u0130RME<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda son 16 y\u0131lda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm gerek gen\u00e7 n\u00fcfus gerekse genel n\u00fcfus a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a olumlu ve cesaret vericidir.
