Ancak bu se\u00e7imi yaparken ailemizi ihmal etmemeli onlara da gereken zaman\u0131 ay\u0131rmam\u0131z gerekir. Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir giri\u015fim i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacak i\u015fin fizibilitesinin \u00e7ok dikkatli, kantitatif olarak yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toplumda baz\u0131 giri\u015fimciler rakiplere g\u00f6re karar vermektedir ve bu \u015fekilde yap\u0131lan giri\u015fimler maalesef ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131kla sonu\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin A firmas\u0131 \u00fcretti\u011fi 10 \u00e7e\u015fit \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc belirli fiyatlarla ve kendi belirledi\u011fi sat\u0131\u015f ko\u015fullar\u0131yla satmakta ve sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7izgi \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7mi\u015f, marka olmu\u015f bir yap\u0131dad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca \u00fcr\u00fcn kalitesi de olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek seviyededir ve firma uzun y\u0131llardan bu yana sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn i\u00e7indedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeni kurulan ve giri\u015fim yapma haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olan B firmas\u0131 ise, A firmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretti\u011fi \u00fcr\u00fcnleri \u00fcreterek sekt\u00f6rde lider konumundaki A firmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretti\u011fi \u00fcr\u00fcnleri \u00fcreterek pazarda s\u00f6z sahibi olmay\u0131, rakip fiyatlar\u0131yla \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini satmay\u0131, birebir ayn\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnleri \u00fcretmeyi esas almaktad\u0131r. Bu ama\u00e7la ayn\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcn ve ayn\u0131 pazarda faaliyet g\u00f6stermeyi planlamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fte rakiplere g\u00f6re giri\u015fim yukar\u0131daki \u00f6rnekte anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m gibidir. H\u00e2lbuki A firmas\u0131 sekt\u00f6re y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 vermi\u015f, Pazar elde etmek i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli problemleri \u00e7\u00f6zm\u00fc\u015f, \u00fcr\u00fcn kalitesini \u00e7ok zor elde etmi\u015f, ithal \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle rekabet etmi\u015f ve son t\u00fcketici taraf\u0131ndan da talep g\u00f6rmektedir. Firma bu duruma gelene kadar y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 vermi\u015f, \u00e7e\u015fitli u\u011fra\u015f\u0131lardan ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B firmas\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 g\u00f6stermesi k\u0131sa vadede olanaks\u0131zd\u0131r. En ba\u015fta hatas\u0131z \u00fcretim olmayaca\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re, \u00fcr\u00fcn kalitesini yakalamas\u0131 \u00e7ok zordur. \u0130kinci olarak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de t\u00fcketici al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 kolay kolay de\u011fi\u015ftirilemez. \u00d6rnek olarak tras b\u0131\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 ilk defa 1970 li y\u0131llarda Jilet marka olarak \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ve bug\u00fcn hala son t\u00fcketici marketten isterken Jilet olarak istemektedir. \u0130kinci bir \u00f6rnek k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t mendil olarak verilebilir. K\u00e2\u011f\u0131t mendil de ilk \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sel pak olarak \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Markete gitti\u011finizde bir\u00e7ok marka k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t mendil g\u00f6rebilirsiniz ama bunlar\u0131n ad\u0131 t\u00fcketici dilinde selpak t\u0131r. \u00d6rneklerde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi t\u00fcketiciyi ikna etmek, son t\u00fcketiciden talep yaratmak \u00e7ok zor ve a\u015famal\u0131 i\u015flemlerdir. Bunun i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli \u015fekillerde t\u00fcketiciye ula\u015facak \u015fekilde, gerekirse b\u00f6lgelere g\u00f6re reklam ve tan\u0131t\u0131mlar yapman\u0131z, yaz\u0131l\u0131 ve g\u00f6rsel reklamlar yapman\u0131z da yetmeyebilir. Bir de bayinizin ve son t\u00fcketicinin rakipten \u00e7ok fayda sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 ko\u015fullar uygulamal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. Rakiple ayn\u0131 fiyatla \u00fcr\u00fcn satmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek ise sadece hayalden ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yukar\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131klamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u00f6rnekler maalesef ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m tecr\u00fcbelerden al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve \u00fclkemizde bu t\u00fcr \u00f6rnekler \u00e7o\u011funluktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde giri\u015fimcilik kavram\u0131na gelince; \u00d6zellikle Z ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 veya \u015fimdiki gen\u00e7lerin internet kullanarak kazan\u00e7 elde etme pe\u015finde olduklar\u0131 bir ger\u00e7ektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bug\u00fcnk\u00fc gen\u00e7ler teknolojik de\u011fi\u015fimlere kolayca ayak uydurabiliyor ve teknolojiyi de \u00e7ok iyi kullanabiliyorlar.1980 li y\u0131llar\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda ba\u015flayan ve kullan\u0131m\u0131 \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde yay\u0131lan ve s\u00fcrekli teknolojik yeniliklere haiz olan internet kullan\u0131m\u0131, art\u0131k kad\u0131n erkek, gen\u00e7 ya\u015fl\u0131, \u00e7ocuk \u00f6\u011frenci toplumun t\u00fcm kesimlerde kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve internet kullan\u0131m\u0131 g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline gelmi\u015ftir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 sonunda g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde e ticaret kavram\u0131 olduk\u00e7a b\u00fcy\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f, sadece \u00fclkemiz i\u00e7inde de\u011fil uluslararas\u0131 d\u00fczeyde i\u015f hacmi yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6yle ki b\u00fcro kiras\u0131, depo kiras\u0131, insan kaynaklar\u0131 gibi giderlerin de azalmas\u0131yla internetten ticaret \u00e7ok kolay bir \u015fekilde benimsenmi\u015f ve h\u0131zla ilerlemektedir. Yukar\u0131da bahsetti\u011fim gibi Z ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 gen\u00e7ler de internet kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile yayg\u0131nla\u015fan ticaret pazar\u0131nda pay alma yar\u0131\u015f\u0131na girmi\u015flerdir. Kurulum ve i\u015fleyi\u015fin kolay olmas\u0131 yan\u0131nda yabanc\u0131 dil gereklili\u011fi de uygun olan gen\u00e7ler kolay kazanma yoluyla hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 idame ettirmeyi planlamaktad\u0131r. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da kendimden verece\u011fim \u00f6rnek ise 80 li y\u0131llarda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m giri\u015fimdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi \u0130\u015fletme Fak\u00fcltesini kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131mda Antalya\u2019dan gelmi\u015f, \u0130stanbul\u2019u da hi\u00e7 tan\u0131m\u0131yordum. Para kazanmaya da \u00e7ok ihtiyac\u0131m vard\u0131. Dost ahbap ili\u015fkileri gere\u011fi Tahtakale\u2019de tezgahtarl\u0131k yapmaya ba\u015flad\u0131m. Bir taraftan da okula gidip geliyordum. Yakla\u015f\u0131k bir y\u0131l tezgahtarl\u0131ktan sonra okula devem etmekten vazge\u00e7memek i\u00e7in tezgahtarl\u0131ktan ayr\u0131l\u0131p kendi ad\u0131ma d\u00fckk\u00e2n a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Sermaye zaten yok ama e\u015ften dosttan alaca\u011f\u0131m kredili \u00fcr\u00fcnleri satarak tahsilat\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131p bor\u00e7lu oldu\u011fum i\u015fletmelere ciro etmek suretiyle faaliyetimi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmekteydim. Ancak d\u00f6nemin ko\u015fullar\u0131 gere\u011fi \u00fcr\u00fcn k\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6z konusuydu. Yani sat\u0131\u015f problemi neredeyse yoktu ve enflasyonist ortamda m\u00fccadele vermekteydim. Derken \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00e7e\u015fitlerim her g\u00fcn biraz daha art\u0131yordu ve verdi\u011fim s\u00f6zleri yerine getirmem nedeniyle olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli olan piyasa kredisi elde etmi\u015ftim. Kredili alamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m mal yoktu dersem yalan olmaz. Bu \u015fekilde ticari hayat\u0131m\u0131 devam ettirerek \u00fcniversiteyi bitirmi\u015ftim. 8 ay s\u00fcren k\u0131sa d\u00f6nem askerli\u011fimden sonra faaliyetime ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde devam ederek 1999 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar ticari hayat\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daha sonra de\u011fi\u015fen ekonomik ko\u015fullar nedeniyle b\u00fcy\u00fck bir fabrikan\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6revini \u00fcstlendim ve hayat m\u00fccadelem devam etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Giri\u015fimcilik konusuna d\u00f6nersek yukar\u0131da anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m gibi bu kavram da de\u011fi\u015fen ekonomik ko\u015fullara, geli\u015fen teknolojiye ayak uydurarak \u00e7e\u015fitli \u015fekillere evirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2023 y\u0131l\u0131 KOB\u0130 lerin giri\u015fim istatistikleri T\u00dc\u0130K taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131nland\u0131. Buna g\u00f6re;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dclkemizde ilgili mevzuat gere\u011fi ikiy\u00fczelli ki\u015fiden az y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan istihdam eden ve y\u0131ll\u0131k net sat\u0131\u015f has\u0131lat\u0131 veya mali bilan\u00e7osundan herhangi biri 500 milyon T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fmayan giri\u015fimler K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve Orta B\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckteki \u0130\u015fletmeler (KOB\u0130) olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r. Haber b\u00fclteninde; KOB\u0130&#8217;lerde giri\u015fim say\u0131s\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131, ciro, teknoloji kullan\u0131m\u0131 gibi T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen Y\u0131ll\u0131k Sanayi ve Hizmet \u0130statistikleri Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin istatistikler ile D\u0131\u015f Ticaret \u0130statistikleri, Giri\u015fimcilik ve \u0130\u015f Demografisi \u0130statistikleri, Ara\u015ft\u0131rma-Geli\u015ftirme Faaliyetleri Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 ile T\u00fcrk Patent ve Marka Kurumunun patent ba\u015fvuru ve tescil istatistiklerine yer verilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanayi ve hizmet sekt\u00f6rlerinde faaliyet g\u00f6steren 3 milyon 713 bin giri\u015fim KOB\u0130 s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na girmektedir<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KOB\u0130&#8217;ler 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda toplam giri\u015fim say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n %99,7&#8217;sini olu\u015fturdu. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k; istihdam\u0131n %70,5&#8217;ini, personel maliyetinin %47,9&#8217;unu, cironun %47,4&#8217;\u00fcn\u00fc, \u00fcretim de\u011ferinin %41,6&#8217;s\u0131n\u0131 ve fakt\u00f6r maliyetiyle katma de\u011ferin %40,1&#8217;ini olu\u015fturdu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KOB\u0130&#8217;ler en fazla ticaret sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde faaliyet g\u00f6sterdi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekonomik faaliyetlerin istatistiki s\u0131n\u0131flamas\u0131na (NACE Rev.2) g\u00f6re 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda KOB\u0130&#8217;lerin; %36,1&#8217;i toptan ve perakende ticaret, motorlu kara ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n ve motosikletlerin onar\u0131m\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde faaliyet g\u00f6sterirken, %15,2&#8217;si ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve depolama sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde, %12,3&#8217;\u00fc ise imalat sanayi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde faaliyet g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KOB\u0130 istihdam\u0131 i\u00e7indeki en y\u00fcksek oran ticaret sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde oldu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2023 y\u0131l\u0131na ili\u015fkin olarak; toptan ve perakende ticaret, motorlu kara ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n ve motosikletlerin onar\u0131m\u0131 faaliyetlerindeki KOB\u0130 istihdam\u0131n\u0131n toplam KOB\u0130 istihdam\u0131 i\u00e7indeki oran\u0131 %26,5 olurken, personel maliyeti i\u00e7in bu oran %22,9, ciroda %53,2, fakt\u00f6r maliyetiyle katma de\u011ferde %24,8 ve \u00fcretim de\u011ferinde ise %15,6 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orta \u00f6l\u00e7ekli giri\u015fimlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u015f\u0131na katma de\u011fer 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda 615 bin TL olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KOB\u0130 giri\u015fimleri i\u00e7in 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u015f\u0131na ortalama katma de\u011fer 15 bin TL iken, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu de\u011fer 296 bin TL oldu. KOB\u0130 gruplar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 2009 ve 2023 y\u0131llar\u0131 i\u00e7in en y\u00fcksek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u015f\u0131na katma de\u011fer s\u0131ras\u0131yla 29 bin TL ve 615 bin TL ile orta \u00f6l\u00e7ekli giri\u015fimlerde ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken, ayn\u0131 y\u0131llar i\u00e7in bu de\u011ferler k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli giri\u015fimler i\u00e7in s\u0131ras\u0131yla 19 bin TL ve 341 bin TL, mikro \u00f6l\u00e7ekli giri\u015fimler i\u00e7in ise 8 bin TL ve 111 bin TL olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KOB\u0130&#8217;lerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u015f\u0131na personel maliyeti 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda 149 bin TL olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda KOB\u0130 giri\u015fimleri i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u015f\u0131na ortalama personel maliyeti 8 bin TL iken, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu de\u011fer 149 bin TL oldu. KOB\u0130 gruplar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 2009 ve 2023 y\u0131llar\u0131 i\u00e7in en y\u00fcksek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u015f\u0131na personel maliyeti s\u0131ras\u0131yla 15 bin TL ve 255 bin TL ile orta \u00f6l\u00e7ekli giri\u015fimlerde ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken, ayn\u0131 y\u0131llar i\u00e7in bu de\u011ferler k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli giri\u015fimler i\u00e7in s\u0131ras\u0131yla 11 bin TL ve 185 bin TL, mikro \u00f6l\u00e7ekli giri\u015fimler i\u00e7in ise 4 bin TL ve 75 bin TL olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130malat sanayindeki 3 bin 475 KOB\u0130 y\u00fcksek teknoloji s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda \u00fcretim yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130malat sanayindeki KOB\u0130&#8217;ler teknoloji d\u00fczeylerine g\u00f6re s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, %55,6&#8217;s\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck teknoloji s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda \u00fcretim yaparken, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli giri\u015fimlerde bu oran %43,6 oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KOB\u0130 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fck gruplar\u0131na g\u00f6re incelendi\u011finde; mikro \u00f6l\u00e7ekli giri\u015fimlerin %56,7&#8217;si d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck teknoloji s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda \u00fcretim yaparken, %31,9&#8217;u orta-d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck teknoloji, %10,7&#8217;si orta-y\u00fcksek teknoloji ve %0,7&#8217;si y\u00fcksek teknoloji s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda \u00fcretim yapt\u0131.
