IMF\u2019ye g\u00f6re konut fiyatlar\u0131 2018\u2019de y\u00fczde 7.6 d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uluslararas\u0131 Para Fonu<\/strong>\u00a0(<strong>IMF<\/strong>) d\u00fcnyada konut fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n en \u00e7ok artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve en fazla d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fclkeleri s\u0131ralad\u0131. 63 \u00fclkeyi kapsayan IMF\u00a0<strong>K\u00fcresel Konut \u0130zleme Raporu<\/strong>\u00a0verilerine g\u00f6re, 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda konut fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n en \u00e7ok y\u00fckseldi\u011fi \u00fclke, y\u00fczde 13.1&#8217;lik art\u0131\u015fla Hong Kong oldu. 2017 y\u0131l\u0131na g\u00f6re konut fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n en \u00e7ok geriledi\u011fi \u00fclke s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda ise y\u00fczde 15.2&#8217;lik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fle Ukrayna ilk s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6nceden ilk \u00fc\u00e7teydik<\/strong><br \/>\nS\u00f6zc\u00fc&#8217;den \u0130smail \u015eahin&#8217;in haberine g\u00f6re; ge\u00e7mi\u015f d\u00f6nemlerde y\u00fcksek oranda fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla s\u0131ralamada hep ilk \u00fc\u00e7te yer alan T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de y\u00fczde 7.6&#8217;l\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 14&#8217;l\u00fck fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla zirvede olan T\u00fcrkiye o tarihten bu yana k\u00fcresel konut liginde ivme kaybediyor. IMF&#8217;nin 2016 raporunda 39&#8217;uncu, 2017&#8217;de ise 51&#8217;inci s\u0131rada yer bulabilen T\u00fcrkiye, 2018&#8217;de ise 60&#8217;\u0131nc\u0131 oldu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fiyat-kira makas\u0131 da darald\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\nIMF&#8217;nin son verileri, yat\u0131r\u0131m i\u00e7in ev alacaklar\u0131 sevindirecek bir geli\u015fmeyi de ortaya koydu. Uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r d\u00fcnyada konut fiyat\u0131 art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n kira art\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131ndan daha fazla oldu\u011fu T\u00fcrkiye s\u0131ralamada geriledi. Konut fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla kira bedellerinin art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131ran endekste, 2010 y\u0131l\u0131 100 kabul edildi\u011finde, 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda 148.8 ile birinci s\u0131rada yer alan T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de bu rakam 2018 itibar\u0131yla 104.6&#8217;ya indi.
