Konut kredisinde faiz ortalamas\u0131 y\u00fczde 2.75&#8217;lere y\u00fckseldi. \u0130n\u015faat maliyetleri y\u00fczde 40&#8217;tan fazla artt\u0131. Bir\u00e7ok meslekta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z bu ekonomik ko\u015fullar\u0131n alt\u0131ndan kalkamay\u0131p konkordato ilan etmek zorunda kald\u0131. Konkordato ilan edenler aras\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck firmalar da var. \u00c7ok say\u0131da in\u015faat yar\u0131m kalm\u0131\u015f vaziyette. Bu s\u00fcrecin 2019&#8217;da sona erece\u011fini ve 2019 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sekt\u00f6r i\u00e7in daha g\u00fczel ge\u00e7ece\u011fini umut ediyoruz&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bankalar sekt\u00f6re ihanet etti<\/strong><br \/>\nBankalar\u0131n in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc sayesinde y\u00fczbinlerce ki\u015fiye konut kredisi satt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u00e2rlar elde etti\u011fini ifade eden Niyazi G\u00fcltekin, &#8220;\u0130yi g\u00fcnde dost olan bankalar zor g\u00fcnde m\u00fcteahhitlere en b\u00fcy\u00fck darbeyi vurdu. Bir\u00e7ok m\u00fcteahhit arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n y\u00fczde 13-15&#8217;lerle ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kredilerin faiz oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 45&#8217;lere kadar \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. M\u00fcteahhitler zaten y\u00fcksek konut kredisi faizleri y\u00fcz\u00fcnden sat\u0131\u015f yapamad\u0131klar\u0131 bu d\u00f6nemde y\u00fcksek faizler \u00f6demek zorunda kald\u0131. \u00d6zellikle \u00f6zel bankalar y\u00fczde 20 ile mevduat al\u0131rken y\u00fczde 45 ile kredi satt\u0131lar. Y\u00fczde 100&#8217;den fazla k\u00e2r ettiler. Bankalar bu d\u00f6nemde g\u00fcvenimizi kaybetti. \u0130n\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn yeniden y\u00fckselmeye ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde bankalar\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu ihaneti asla unutmayaca\u011f\u0131z&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2019&#8217;da hedef in\u015faatlar\u0131 tamamlay\u0131p stoklar\u0131 eritmek<\/strong><br \/>\nSekt\u00f6r\u00fcn 2019 hedefleri ile ilgili g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini payla\u015fan G\u00fcltekin s\u00f6zlerini \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc; &#8220;Bu y\u0131l \u00e7ok az proje lansmana \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nceli\u011fi mevcut projeleri tamamlay\u0131p, stoklar\u0131 eritmek. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de 2 milyona yak\u0131n konut sat\u0131lmay\u0131 bekliyor. Bu konutlar\u0131n sat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in faizlerin d\u00fc\u015fmesi gerekiyor. Kamu bankalar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 0,98 faiz kampanyas\u0131 sekt\u00f6re bir hareket getirdi ancak yeterli de\u011fil. 0,98 faiz kampanyas\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcteahhite maliyeti \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek. 0.80&#8217;lik maliyeti m\u00fcteahhitler kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Merkez Bankas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n ilk toplant\u0131da faiz oranlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 20&#8217;nin alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmesi ve 2019&#8217;a olumlu bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 yapmas\u0131 gerekiyor.
